Terms and Conditions

Kindly read the terms and conditions below before placing an order.

1. The prices shown do NOT include shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

2. No exchange/refund is allowed after purchased except for certain unforeseen circumstances. We will check and ensure all items are in good condition before its being shipped to customers.

3. If any damage was found upon receiving of the item(s), it is recommended that photos to be taken on the damaged item(s) for claim filing purpose to the courier service provider.

4. NO last minute back outs or cancellation will be entertained. Please think carefully before placing any orders ya!

5. Items will be shipped out after I have received full payment. Please send the printscreen@receipt if you are using online transfer to pay for the items or send MMS if you are using cash deposit machines. Our handphone number will be given in the invoice.

6. Reservations can only be made for a maximum of 48 hours / 2 days, before I open the item for sale (again) to the next interested customer.
